A magenta color palette for weddings in winter and spring

Visit the African Violet Society for more information.
A bridal bouquet made up with Saintpaulia or violets would be unique! These flowers may be grown either indoors or out and may therefore also be available during winter months as well as spring.
My color palette below includes a lighter magenta for the brides maids and perhaps a soft olive green for the mother-of-the-bride. Gentlemen could wear brighter magenta boutonnieres in their buttonholes and bridesmaids could carry violet nosegays too.
Include rich greens with violet flower arrangements; these flatter jewel tone purples, magenta and hot pink.
Print white text on a rich plum papers for your invitations. Silver metallic liners also add an elegant touch to this stationary combination.

Print this magenta palette and take it with you to match up color suggestions.
Suggestions for those of you using Saintpaulia:
"This gorgeous wedding was set with cascading walls of fairy lights. The light illuminated a delicate assortment of purple florals on exquisite silver pintuck tablecloths. Silver charger plates, ornate napkin rings and purple frosted tealights were accentuated by the custom designed stationery. Laser cut menus, custom table numbers and custom designed place cards were adorned with a custom purple wax seal in the couples monogram. The intimate and romantic style our couple strived for was gracefully finished with Limewash Tiffany chairs dressed in crushed taffeta sashes. The vintage lounge space was kept in a muted color palette to complete this timeless and elegant theme."
